เดิม ฝ่ายคลังกระจายสินค้าได้มีการแบ่งเป็นฝ่ายขึ้นสินค้า รับสินค้า และฝ่ายออกบิล เพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น จึงได้มีการรวมฝ่ายขึ้นและฝ่ายรับเข้าด้วยกัน และมีผู้รับผิดชอบดูแลแต่ละพื้นที่ (Supervisor) ได้แก่ พื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ภาคใต้ ภาคอีสาน กรุงเทพ และต่างจังหวัด และแต่ละพื้นที่จะมี Leader และ Loader ดูแลทั้งฝ่ายขึ้นและรับสินค้า อีกทั้งยังได้เพิ่ม ฝ่ายอบรม และฝ่าย QC& Admin ด้วย
