พนักงานที่เข้าร่วมการสัมมนา Emerging Cluster Seminar ที่บางแสน จ.ชลบุรี ระหว่างวันที่ 6 – 7 สิงหาคม 2558 และมีความประสงค์จะนำรถมาจอดค้างคืนที่ตึก
ฝ่ายอาคารอิตัลไทยฯ อนุญาตให้เฉพาะผู้มีบัตร Smart card (จอดแบบรายเดือน) ที่สามารถนำรถมาจอดค้างคืนได้ในช่วงวันดังกล่าวเป็นกรณีพิเศษ โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

1. พนักงานที่มีบัตร Smart card ซึ่งระบุสิทธิ์จอดที่ตึกใหญ่ สามารถนำรถมาจอดค้างคืนได้เฉพาะชั้น 4 และ ชั้น 5 เท่านั้น
2. พนักงานที่มีบัตร Smart card ซึ่งระบุสิทธิ์จอดที่ตึกเล็กด้านข้าง สามารถนำรถมาจอดค้างคืนได้ที่ช่องจอดประจำของท่าน
3. พนักงานที่มีบัตร Smart card และมีความประสงค์จะนำรถมาจอด ให้แจ้งชื่อของท่านพร้อมหมายเลขทะเบียนรถ ที่คุณวารุณี (เพรา) ภายในวันพุธที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2558 เวลา 12.00 น. เพื่อจะได้ดำเนินการส่งข้อมูลไปยังฝ่ายอาคารต่อไป
4. พนักงานที่ไม่ได้แจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือ พนักงานที่ไม่มีบัตร Smart card ฝ่ายอาคารฯ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำรถเข้ามาจอดค้างคืน หากฝ่าฝืน พนักงานจะต้องรับผิดชอบชำระค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยตนเอง
