Management and shipping all product categories (LG, Shoes, Watches, SLG, and RTW Department)
Management of the export documents necessary to ship the products
Monitoring quality & after sales service: maintains database of quality and repair issues to share with retails team, sends ad hoc quality updates to regions
General support to Merchandizing manager for any ad-hoc request.
