แหงพระราชบัญญัติอาหาร พ.ศ.2522 รัฐมนตรีวาการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกประกาศไว
ดังตอไปนี้
ขอ 1 ใหยกเลิกประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ฉบับที่ 69 (พ.ศ.2525) เรื่อง อาหารใน
ภาชนะบรรจทุ ี่ปดสนทิ ลงวันท 4 ี่ สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2525
ขอ 2 ใหอาหารในภาชนะบรรจุที่ปดสนิท เปนอาหารควบคุมเฉพาะ
ขอ 3 อาหารในภาชนะบรรจุที่ปดสนทิ หมายความวา
(1) อาหารที่ผานกรรมวิธีที่ใชทําลายหรือยับยั้งการขยายพันธุของจุลินทรียดวย
ความรอน ภายหลังหรอกื อนการบรรจุหรือปดผนึก ซึ่งเก็บรกษาไว ั ในภาชนะบรรจุทปี่ ดสนิทที่เปน
โลหะหรือวัตถุอื่นที่ คงรูป ที่สามารถปองก  ันมิใหอากาศภายนอกเขาไปในภาชนะบรรจไดุ  และ
สามารถเก็บรักษาไวไดในอุณหภูมิปกติ หรือ
