กรณีที่สินค้าได้ปล่อยออกไปจากโกดังแล้วทางกรมศุลกากรจะไม่อนุญาตให้มีการแก้ไขชนิด คุณภาพ ปริมาณ น้ำหนัก ราคา หรืออัตราอากรขาเข้า ที่ลงบันทึกไว้ในใบขนขาเข้า เว้นแต่จะได้พิสูจน์ให้เป็นที่พอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรที่ได้รับมอบหมายว่าการดำเนินการแก้ไขนั้นเป็นไปโดยสุจริต
