สรุปผลการทดลอง
โครงงานนี้ได้ศึกษาการเพาะเลี้ยงสาหร่าย B. bruanii ด้วยอาหารดัดแปลงจากปุ๋ยพืช โดยนำสาหร่าย B. bruanii จากมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์มาใช้ในการทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเจริญเติบโตของสาหร่าย B. braunii ที่เลี้ยงในอาหารดัดแปลงจากปุ๋ยพืช และ อาหารเลี้ยงสาหร่าย Modified CHU 13 2) เพื่อหาสูตรอาหารที่ดัดแปลงจากปุ๋ยพืชที่ดีที่สุดในการเพาะเลี้ยงสาหร่าย B. braunii ซึ่งจากการทดลองได้แบ่งออกเป็น 7 ชุดการทดลองที่มีความเข้มข้นของปุ๋ยพืชแตกแต่งกัน คือ 0.5เท่า, 0.5เท่า + ธาตุอาหารรอง, 1เท่า, 1เท่า + ธาตุอาหารรอง, 2เท่า และ 2เท่า + ธาตุอาหารรองและมีอาหารสูตร Modified CHU 13 เป็นชุดควบคุม เนื่องจากมีการค้นพบว่าเป็นสูตรอาหารที่ดีที่สุดที่ใช้เลี้ยงสาหร่าย B. bruanii (Wolf et al., 1985a)

จากการทดลองเพาะเลี้ยงสาหร่าย B. bruanii ด้วยอาหารทั้ง 7 สูตร โดยใช้วิธีการนับโคโลนีของสาหร่ายพบว่ามี 2 สูตรอาหารมีการเจริญเติบโตความใกล้เคียงกัน คือ สูตรอาหารดัดแปลงจากปุ๋ยพืชที่ความเข้มข้น 0.5 เท่า และความเข้มข้น 0.5 เท่า + ธาตุอาหารรอง เมื่อเทียบกับกราฟการเจริญเติบโตของสาหร่าย B. bruanii พบว่ากราฟมีการเจริญเติบโตแบบใกล้เคียงกับ Growth curve
