สำนักงานผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดิน และกระทรวงเทคโนโลยีและการสื่อสาร ได้ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงว่าด้วยคงาใร่วมมือในการดำเนินโครงการ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ICT ชุมชน ตั้งแต่ปี 2555 เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฯ ภายใต้กรอบ บทบาท และภารกิจของหน่วยงานทั้งสองในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในระดับท้องถิ่น
