โครงการจัดระเบียบเสาและสายสื่อสารฯ ของสำนักงาน กสทช. เส้นทางถนนงามวงศ์วาน เขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพมหานคร


โครงการนี้ ได้จัดทำขึ้นเนื่องจากเห็นว่าสายสื่อสารที่พาดอยู่บนเสาไฟฟ้ามีจำนวนมาก และไม่เป็นระเบียบ จนบางพื้นที่เสาไฟฟ้าไม่สามารถรับน้ำหนักสายสื่อสารที่พาดได้ อันเกิดจากปัญหาสายที่เลิกใช้งานแล้วแต่ไม่ได้มีการรื้อถอนสายสื่อสารออกจากเสาไฟฟ้า เพื่อเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวเพื่อให้เกิดความงดงามด้านภูมิทัศน์ของสายสื่อสารไฟฟ้าและความปลอดภัยต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนที่ดีขึ้น สำนักงาน กสทช. จึงได้จัดทำโครงการจัดระเบียบเสาและสายสื่อสาร ของสำนักงาน กสทช. ชึ้น โดยมอบหมายให้ศูนย์บริการวิชาการแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยดำเนินโครงการ โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนหนึ่งเพื่อตรวจสอบและจัดระเบียบสายสื่อสารที่พาดบนเสาไฟฟ้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด และได้กำหนดพื้นที่ที่จะจัดระเบียบสายสื่อสารฯ ร่วมกับการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค การไฟฟ้านครหลวง โดยสำนักงาน กสทช. จะเป็นผู้สนับสนุนไม้คอน การรื้อถอนสายไม่ใช้งาน และติดตั้งสายที่ใช้งานกับไม้คอน ทั้งหมด 4 พื้นที่ เพื่อเป็นการคืนประโยชน์ให้กับสังคม ให้เกิดความสวยงาม เน้นความปลอดภัยต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน และได้เปิดงานพื้นที่แรกเป็นที่อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในครั้งนี้เป็นพื้นที่ที่สอง ได้แก่ ตั้งแต่แยกพงษ์เพชร ซอยงามวงศ์วาน 33 ถึงซอยงามวงศ์วาน 51 โดยประมาณ กำหนดพิธีเปิดงานและปฏิบัติการจัดระเบียบสายสื่อสารฯ ในวันจันทร์ที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เวลา 10.00 น. ณ การไฟฟ้านครหลวง เขตนนทบุรี และได้รับเกียรติจาก รสทช.ก่อกิจ ด่านชัยวิจิตร ร่วมเป็นประธานเปิดงาน คาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จภายใน 1 เดือน หลังจากที่เริ่มดำเนินการแล้วจะมีการตรวจผลการดำเนินการและสรุปผลรายงานต่อไป
