ซึ่งในบทความนี้ผมได้พยายามหาหลักฐานต่างๆเพื่อมาพิสูจน์แล้วแต่ว่าก็พบว่าวิธีดังกล่าวไม่สามารถทำให้คนที่ไม่สูงสามารถสูงขึ้นตามที่บทความกล่าวไว้แต่พบวิธีที่ผมคิดว่าใกล้เคียงกับวิธีนี้อยู่หลายวิธีผมจึงคิดว่าวิธีนี้อาจมีความเป็นจริงอยู่บ้างแต่อาจไม่เป็นที่นิยมนัก
