บริษัท ดูคาติ มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จะดำเนินการจัดให้มีคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของสถานประกอบกิจการ ขึ้นในบริษัทฯ เพื่อทดแทนคณะกรรมการชุดเดิมที่หมดวาระลง ซึ่งคณะกรรมการดังกล่าวประกอบด้วย ผู้แทนฝ่ายนายนายจ้างจากการแต่งตั้งของบริษัทฯ จำนวน 3 คน และผู้แทนฝ่ายลูกจ้างโดยการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนจากลูกจ้างทั้งหมด จำนวน 3 คน เป็นคณะกรรมการฯ เพื่อร่วมปรึกษา หารือ และเสนอความคิดเห็นเพื่อการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อพนักงานและบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้การเลือกตั้งผู้แทนลูกจ้างดังกล่าวเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและยุติธรรม บริษัทฯ จึงได้แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 4 คน ดังนี้
