2. ประสานงานกับ Supplier และเปิด LC หรือ TT พร้อมตรวจสอบลายละเอียด และนำเสนอ กรรมการผู้จัดการ เพื่อเซ็นอนุมัติ และส่งให้แผนกการเงิน
