เนื่องจากประเทศไทยไม่มี Double Tax Agreements (DTA) กับ BVI ดังนั้นส่งดอกเบี้ยให้แก่บริษัทที่ตั้งอยู่ใน BVI จึงไม่ได้รับยกเว้นการเก็บภาษีซ้อนตามอนุสัญญาดังกล่าว
