PROMPT PAY คือ บริการโอนเงินและรับเงินโอนแบบใหม่ โดยผูกบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารกับ หมายเลขบัตรประชาชน หรือ เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือ ซึ่งจะทำให้ประชาชนโอนเงินสะดวกง่ายขึ้น แค่จำหมายเลขบัตรประชาชนปลายทางที่จะโอน หรือจำหมายเลขโทรศัพท์มือถือ ไม่ต้องจดหมายเลขบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารที่ยาวและจำยาก บริการนี้ดำเนินการโดยธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยและธนาคารพาณิชย์ทุกแห่ง ได้ร่วมมือพัฒนาขึ้น เพื่อสนับสนุนระบบการชำระเงินแบบ Any ID ภายใต้โครงการ National e-Payment ลดการใช้เงินสดในการพกเงินเยอะๆ ใช้จ่ายผ่านทาง e-payment มากขึ้นง่ายด้วยปลายนิ้ว
