ข้อ 9 ผู้รับจ้างสญญาที่นะจ่ายชดเชยให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง เมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างได้รับบาดเจ็บ ความสูญเสีย และความเสียหายเมื่อเข้ากรณีต่อไปนี้
9.1ความสูญเสียนั้นถูกค้นพบไม่เกินกว่า30วันนับจากวันเวลาที่เกิดความสูญเสียขึ้น
9.2ความสูญเสียนั้นถูกค้นพบโดยผู้ว่าจ้าง และผู้ว่าจ้างแจ้งความร้องทุกข์ต่อพนักงานสอบสวน และผู้รับจ้างในทันที
9.3บริเวณที่เกิดความสูญเสียนั้น ไม่อยู่นอกเหนือความสามารถอันพึงมีของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยที่จะดูแลขณะเกิดความเสียหาย
9.4รายละเอียดใบแจ้งความเสียหาย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องได้รับภายใน 30 วันนับแต่วันเกิดความเสียหาย

14.3ว่าจ้างให้พนักงานของผู้รับจ้างปฏิบติหน้าที่แทนผู้ว่าจ้าง ในกรณีที่มีการประท้วงหยุดงานหรือปิดโรงงาน
ข้อ15 หน้าที่ของพนักงานรักาษาความปลอดภัยผู้บริการตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ จะตกลกันระหว่างผู้ว่าจ้างกับผู้รับจ้าง และมีเอกสารระบุถึงหน้าที่รบผิดชอบของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยแยกอยู่ต่างหาก ซึ่งจะถือเสมือนเป็นสวนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้
ข้อ16 สัญญาฉบับนี้จะสิ้นสุดลง เมื่อคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งแสดงให้คู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ว่าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นได้ทำการละเมิดสัญญา ซึ่งไม่สามารถหาทางแก้ได้ ตามหลักกฎหมายและมนุษยธรรมให้ถือว่าสัญญาฉบับนี้สิ้นสุดลงโดยทันที เว้นแต่ คู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร โดยแจ้งให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบก่อน30วัน แต่ถ้าไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อน30 วันให้ถือว่าสัญญาฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับต่อไปอีก1 เดือนโดยอัตโนมัติ
