4.1 Quality Assurance staff compiled a list of equipment used to manufacture and assemble a list of drug in each production line with the same manufacturing process.
4.2 Senior Quality Assurance calculate the Maximum Allowable Carry Over (MACO) of each product was collected on each production line. Recipes with MACO and the lowest to the formula used to determine accuracy.
4.3 Engineering calculation Equipment surface area of all equipment used in the manufacture of drug products that have collected on the same production line.
