งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษในจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริโภคผักปลอดสารพิษ ในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ไก้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน T-test และ F-test (One-Way ANOVA)

.This research Objective to study the factors affecting the consumption of organic vegetables in the province. The sample is consumer vegetable in Chiang Rai province of 400 people.Questionnaire and statistical analysis of all the old, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and T-test F-test (One-Way ANOVA).
