AEC อาเซียน NEWS…พ่อเมืองตาก สั่งการ ในการประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษตาก ครั้งที่ 13/2558 เพื่อเร่งรัดขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษตาก(แม่สอด-พบพระ-แม่ระมาด) กับหน่วยงานทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง รองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน Asean Economics Communit-AEC
นายสมชัยฐ์ หทยะตันย์ติ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตาก ในฐานะประธานคณะกรรมการผู้บริหารเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษตาก(แม่สอด-พบพระ-แม่ระมาด) ได้ประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษตาก ครั้งที่ 13/2558 ที่สำนักงานอาคารพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษตาก(แม่สอด-พบพระ-แม่ระมาด) ชั้น 4 เขตเทศบาลนครแม่สอด อ.แม่สอด จังหวัดตาก โดยมีส่วนราชการทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมทั้งภาคเอกชนเข้าร่วมประชุมกว่า 50 คน โดยผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตาก ได้มีข้อสั่งการ ไปยังทุกภาคส่วน ประกอบด้วย
1. การขับเคลื่อนเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ แบ่งผู้ลงทุนเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแรกคือ นักลงทุนจากต่างประเทศ นักลงทุนจากในประเทศ และนักลงทุนในพื้นที่ ส่วนกลุ่มที่ 2 คือกลุ่มประชาชนที่จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ในรูปแบบ การขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมในรูปแบบสหกรณ์ (Social Business) ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางการกระจายรายได้ให้แก่ประชาชนในทุกภาคส่วน โดยการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายสหกรณ์ อ.บ้านตาก อ.แม่สอด อ.พบพระ และสหกรณ์รายอื่นๆในจังหวัด เพื่อจำหน่ายสินค้าในรูปแบบตลาดสหกรณ์ รวมถึงเชื่อมโยงการค้าการลงทุนกับเมืองเมียวดีผ่านการจัดทำตลาดสหกรณ์ระหว่างแม่สอด - เมียวดี ในรูปแบบสหกรณ์การเกษตร สหกรณ์ที่พัก สหกรณ์โรงแรม สินค้า OTOP เพื่อรวมกลุ่มและรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากการเป็นเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษตาก และการสนับสนุนจากสถาบันการเงินต่างๆ ทั้งนี้ จังหวัดได้เตรียมการสร้างศูนย์จำหน่ายสินค้าสหกรณ์ เพื่อเป็นจุดพักสินค้า/กระจายสินค้า โดยจะขอรับการสนับสนุนงบยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนากลุ่มจังหวัด และจากส่วนกลาง
