ข้อ 4.ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องอาศัยในบ้านพักของทางราชการตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจัดไว้ให้ในกรณีที่ไม่มีบ้านพักของทางราชการ ผู้ว่าจ้างจะจ่ายค่าเช่าบ้านพัก โดยผู้รับจ้างไม่มีสิทธิเรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆเกี่ยวกับการเช่าบ้านพักอีก
