ผู้รับจ้างขอรับรองว่าจะใช้ความชำนาญ ความระมัดระวัง และความขยันหมั่นเพียรในการปฏิบัติงานตามสัญญาฉบับนี้ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และตกลงจะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ให้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปตามมาตรฐานของวิชาชีพที่ยอมรับนับถือกันโดยทั่วไป
