สนช. เปิดโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ดี ซีซั่น 3 เพิ่มเงินสนับสนุน เร่งสร้างผู้ประกอบการซอฟต์แวร์ไทยยุคใหม่ พัฒนาสมาร์ทโซลูชั่นใน 5 สาขา
ดร.พันธุ์อาจ ชัยรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สนช. เปิดเผยว่า ที่ผ่านมา สนช. ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมในอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยปี 2555-2556 ได้ร่วมกับสมาคมอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ไทย (ATSI) พัฒนา "โครงการซอฟต์แวร์ดี.มีนวัตกรรม" ระยะที่ 1 ขึ้น ก่อนต่อยอดสู่ระยะที่ 2 "โครงการซอฟต์แวร์ดี.สมาร์ทโซลูชั่น" ในปี 2557-2558 เพื่อผลักดันให้เกิดการลงทุนในธุรกิจนวัตกรรมด้านสมาร์ท โซลูชั่น ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มจากการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ตามเป้าหมายของการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบเศรษฐกิจไทยไปสู่เศรษฐกิจดิจิตอล ซึ่งมี 21 โครงการ ที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนวงเงินรวม 5.5 ล้านบาท เกิดมูลค่าการลงทุนไม่ต่ำกว่า 213 ล้านบาท
เพื่อสร้างความต่อเนื่องในการเพิ่มโอกาสการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ไทย ให้มีการพัฒนานวัตกรรมในวงกว้าง สนช. ได้ร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ดำเนิน "โครงการซอฟต์แวร์ดี.สมาร์ทโซลูชั่น" ระยะที่ 3 ขึ้น โดยตั้งเป้าสนับสนุน 25 โครงการ สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย 5 สาขา ได้แก่ ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับการเงิน ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับค้าปลีกและอีคอม เมิร์ซ ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับการตลาดดิจิตอล และซอฟต์แวร์สนับสนุนบริษัทขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ภายใต้วงเงินไม่เกินโครงการละ 500,000 บาท จำนวน 20 โครงการ และโครงการละไม่เกิน 2,000,000 บาท จำนวน 5 โครงการ
